Catherine Hill is a three Michelin star trained pastry chef turned artisan chocolatier. And the founder of Medita Chocolates in Cockatoo. A boutique chocolatier based in the Dandenong Ranges, south-east of Melbourne.
Medita specialises in handcrafted fine chocolates that are not only plant based, but gluten, soy, and refined sugar free. Yum!
Catherine and I recently worked together to create a range of updated headshots that could be used on her website and social media pages. As well as to photograph her exquisitely handcrafted easter delights.
She was also recently invited to feature in one of the Dandenong Ranges most celebrated magazines, Yarra Valley & Ranges.
And just in time for Easter.
