Waiting for baby number three during this maternity photography session in beautiful Olinda, on the outskirts of Melbourne.
There is nothing I love more than watching the families I photograph grow. I first met the Napoli family when Helen was pregnant with their second baby, and now they are just weeks away from welcoming number three.
Maternity photoshoots are ideally held between 32-36 weeks of pregnancy and can include all members of your family. Even fur babies too!
They can take place either at the beach, the hills, a park, in your family home, or we can even hire a studio. Whatever works best for you and your growing family.
When it comes to what to wear for your maternity shoot, try choosing something that accentuates your beautiful belly. You don't need to spend a fortune on new clothing, there are great maternity options available at Target and H&M or online at ASOS - maybe a fitted dress that makes your belly pop or something more casual like a singlet with jeans. Flowing dresses and skirts look great gathered up when walking or standing and can also be left draping for variety. If you're open to it, consider how you might show a little bit of belly skin too with an open shirt or something that can be lifted above your growing bump.
I'd love to photograph your growing family too. If my style of maternity photography speaks to you, let's chat and see what we can create together.
Love Ingrid xx
